The CD1d (CD1.1, Ly-38), clone 1B1, Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes mouse CD1d. Based on our testing, publications, and results reported from customers, the Alexa Fluor® 488 dye provides the best fluorescein (FITC) substitute available. The Alexa Fluor® 488 fluorescence emission profile is almost identical to that of fluorescein and provides pH-insensitive fluorescence between pH 4 and 10.

CD1d (CD1.1, Ly-38)
The rat anti-mouse CD1d (CD1.1, Ly-38) monoclonal antibody (mAb) reacts with mouse CD1d, which is a glycoprotein related to MHC class I molecules. On mouse leukocytes, the mAb detects CD1d at varying levels and also detects β2-m associated CD1d.
