The Ly-6A/E (Sca-1), clone D7, PerCP-Cy^®5.5 conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes mouse Sca-1, an 18 kDa member of the Ly-6 family of GPI-linked surface proteins. The PerCP-Cy^®5.5 tandem conjugate that combines the peridinin-chlorophyll proteins (PerCP) complexes, found in nature, with the Cy^®5.5 cyanine dye; thereby permitting simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets by utilizing a single excitation source - the 488 nm line of an argon-ion laser.


Ly-6A/E (Sca-1)
The rat anti-mouse Ly-6A/E (Sca-1) monoclonal antibody (mAb) reacts with Ly-6A.2 and Ly-6E.1, members of the Ly-6 multigene family. Ly-6A/E molecules are expressed on multipotent hematopoietic stem cells, activated T cells, and peripheral B cells of mice that express the Ly-6.2 haplotype.
