The Ly-6C/G (GR-1), clone RB6-8C5, PerCP-Cy®5.5 conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes the mouse Ly-6G antigen, also known as the myeloid differentiation antigen Gr-1. The PerCP-Cy®5.5 tandem conjugate combines the peridinin-chlorophyll proteins (PerCP) complexes, found in nature, with the Cy®5.5 cyanine dye; thereby permitting simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets by utilizing a single excitation source - the 488 nm line of an argon-ion laser.

Ly-6C/G (GR-1)
The rat anti-mouse Ly-6C/G (Gr-1) monoclonal antibody (mAb) reacts with Ly-6C and Ly-6G that are myeloid differentiation antigens expressed on cells of myeloid lineage. Expression of Ly-6C/G (Gr-1) on granulocytes increases upon granulocyte maturation and differentiation; whereas, expression on monocytes is transient. It is also present on neutrophils, but absent on erythroid cells. IL-3 or granulocyte-macrophage CSF can induce Ly-6C/G expression on granulocytes, macrophages, and monocytes.
