The F4/80, clone BM8, PerCP-Cy^®5.5 conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes the mouse F4/80 antigen. The PerCP-Cy^®5.5 tandem conjugate combines the peridinin-chlorophyll proteins (PerCP) complexes, found in nature, with the Cy^®5.5 cyanine dye; thereby permitting simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets by utilizing a single excitation source - the 488 nm line of an argon-ion laser.
