The CD127 (IL-7Rα), clone A7R34, PerCP-Cy®5.5 conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes mouse CD127. The PerCP-Cy®5.5 tandem conjugate combines the peridinin-chlorophyll proteins (PerCP) complexes, found in nature, with the Cy®5.5 cyanine dye; thereby permitting simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets by utilizing a single excitation source - the 488 nm line of an argon-ion laser.

CD127 (IL-7Rα)
The rat anti-mouse CD127 (IL-7Rα) monoclonal antibody (mAb) reacts with CD127, which is the α subunit of the mouse IL-7 receptor. CD127 is expressed by immature B cells in the bone marrow, by double-negative (CD4–/CD8n‐) and single-positive (CD4+ or CD8+) thymocytes; but not by double-positive (CD4+/CD8+) thymocytes. Mature T-cells in the periphery express CD127 at low level. The rat anti-mouse CD127 (IL-7Rα) mAb has inhibited binding of IL-7 to its receptor and has been utilized in in vivo and in vitro studies of IL-7 in T and B cell development and activation.
