The CD90.1 (Thy-1.1, rt CD90), clone HIS51, PerCP-Cy^®5.5 conjugate is a mouse monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes rat CD90 and cross-reacts with mouse CD90.1. The PerCP-Cy^®5.5 tandem conjugate combines the peridinin-chlorophyll proteins (PerCP) complexes, found in nature, with the Cy^®5.5 cyanine dye; thereby permitting simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets by utilizing a single excitation source-the 488 nm line of an argon-ion laser.


CD90.1 (Thy-1.1, rt CD90)
CD90.1 (Thy-1.1) is a GPI-anchored cell surface receptor belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. In all strains of mice, it is expressed on thymocytes, peripheral T lymphocytes, some intraepithelial T lymphocytes, and neurons. In the rat, it is expressed by hematopoietic stem cells, immature B cells, thymocytes, recent thymic emigrants, neurons, inflamed endothelia, and other cell types.
