The CD45, clone HI30, PerCP-Cy^®5.5 conjugate is a mouse monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes human CD45 molecule. The PerCP-Cy^®5.5 tandem conjugate combines the peridinin-chlorophyll proteins (PerCP) complexes, found in nature, with the Cy^®5.5 cyanine dye; thereby permitting simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets by utilizing a single excitation source - the 488 nm line of an argon-ion laser.


CD45
The mouse anti-human CD45 monoclonal antibody (mAb) recognizes the CD45 antigen, which is expressed on all cells of hematopoietic origin with the exception of platelets and red blood cells and their immediate precursors. CD45 is considered to be a pan leukocyte marker.
