The CD45, clone 30-F11, PerCP-Cy^®5.5 conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes all isoforms of mouse CD45, also known as Leukocyte Common Antigen (LCA). The PerCP-Cy^®5.5 tandem conjugate combines the peridinin-chlorophyll proteins (PerCP) complexes, found in nature, with the Cy^®5.5 cyanine dye; thereby permitting simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets by utilizing a single excitation source - the 488 nm line of an argon-ion laser.


CD45
The rat anti-mouse CD45 monoclonal antibody (mAb) recognizes all isoforms of the CD45 antigen, which is a transmembrane tyrosine phosphatase that is involved in signal regulation through B and T-cell antigen receptors. CD45 is found on all leukocytes and cells of hematopoietic origin, but not on mature erythrocytes.
