The CD11b, clone M1/70, PerCP-Cy®5.5 conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes mouse CD11b. The PerCP-Cy®5.5 tandem conjugate combines the peridinin-chlorophyll proteins (PerCP) complexes, found in nature, with the Cy®5.5 cyanine dye; thereby permitting simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets by utilizing a single excitation source - the 488 nm line of an argon-ion laser.

CD11b
The rat anti-mouse CD11b monoclonal antibody (mAb) reacts with the αM subunit of Mac-1 (CD11b/CD18), which is a type 3 complement receptor (CR3). Mac-1 plays a role in leukocyte-endothelial interactions and is expressed on macrophages, granulocytes, NK cells, and B-1 cells. Its ligands include ICAM-1, iC3b, fibrinogen, and Factor X.
