The CD3ε (clone 145-2C11) PerCP-Cy^®5.5 conjugate is a Armenian hamster monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes an epitope on the 25kDa ε-chain of the CD3/TCR complex. The PerCP-Cy(R) 5.5 tandem conjugate combines the peridinin-chlorophyll protein (PerCP) complexes, found in nature, with the Cy^®5.5 cyanine dye; thereby permitting simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets by utilizing a single excitation source - the 488 nm line of an argon-ion laser.


CD3ε
The hamster anti-mouse CD3ε monoclonal antibody (mAb) is specific for the 25 kDa ε chain of mouse CD3, which is a component of the multimeric T-cell receptor complex involved in signal transduction upon MHC-antigen recognition. In the mouse, CD3 is highly expressed by mature T-cells and is expressed at lower levels by CD4+CD8+ thymocytes.
