The CD3ε (clone 145-2C11) PE-Cy^®7 conjugate is an Armenian hamster monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes an epitope on the 25kDa ε-chain of the CD3/TCR complex. The R-phycoerythrin (PE)-Cy^®7 tandem conjugate permits simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets by utilizing a single excitation source - the 488 nm line of an argon-ion laser.


CD3ε
The hamster anti-mouse CD3ε monoclonal antibody (mAb) is specific for the 25 kDa ε chain of mouse CD3, which is a component of the multimeric T-cell receptor complex involved in signal transduction upon MHC-antigen recognition. In the mouse, CD3 is highly expressed by mature T-cells and is expressed at lower levels by CD4+CD8+ thymocytes.
