The CD279 (PD-1), clone RMP1-30, APC (allophycocyanin) conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes CD279, also known as PD-1 (programmed death-1). The conjugate, APC, is a stable and highly soluble phycobiliprotein which provides maximal absorbance and fluorescence without susceptibility to internal or external fluorescence quenching; thus, APC provides exceptional quantum yields, molar extinction coefficients, and greatly enhanced detectability.

CD279 (PD-1)
The rat anti-mouse CD279 (PD-1) monoclonal antibody (mAb) reacts with mouse CD279, a member of the Ig superfamily. CD279 contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM) and is primarily expressed on activated T and B lymphocytes. It also plays a key role in peripheral tolerance and autoimmune disease in mice.
