The CD274 (B7-H1, PD-L1), clone MIH5, R-PE conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that reacts with the mouse CD271, also known as B7-H1 and PD-L1. The conjugate, R-PE (phycoerythrin), is a stable and highly soluble phycobiliprotein which provides maximal absorbance and fluorescence without susceptibility to internal or external fluorescence quenching; thus, PE provides exceptional quantum yields, molar extinction coefficients, and greatly enhanced detectability.


CD274 (B7-H1, PD-L1)
The rat anti-mouse CD274 (B7-H1, PD-L1) monoclonal antibody (mAb) reacts with mouse CD274, which is a member of the Ig superfamily. CD274 is expressed on a majority of leukocytes, including T, B, natural killer (NK), and dendritic cells. CD274 is a ligand for PD-1, which upon receptor:ligand interaction, inhibits T and B cell responses.
