The CD150 (SLAM), clone 9D1, R-PE conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that reacts with mouse CD150, also known as Signaling Lymphocyte Activation Molecule (SLAM). The conjugate, R-PE (phycoerythrin), is a stable and highly soluble phycobiliprotein which provides maximal absorbance and fluorescence without susceptibility to internal or external fluorescence quenching; thus, PE provides exceptional quantum yields, molar extinction coefficients, and greatly enhanced detectability.

CD150 (SLAM)
The rat anti-mouse CD150 (SLAM) monoclonal antibody (mAb) reacts with mouse CD150, which is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is expressed by immature thymocytes, dendritic cells, T cells, and B cells. In activated T cells, CD150 expression is upregulated and signaling through CD150 induces proliferation and augmentation of the interferon-gamma response in T cells. It may also play a role in adhesion between T-cells and antigen-presenting cells.
