The CD127 (IL-7Rα), clone A7R34, R-PE conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes mouse CD127. The conjugate, R-PE (phycoerythrin), is a stable and highly soluble phycobiliprotein which provides maximal absorbance and fluorescence without susceptibility to internal or external fluorescence quenching; thus, PE provides exceptional quantum yields, molar extinction coefficients, and greatly enhanced detectability.


CD127 (IL-7Rα)
The rat anti-mouse CD127 (IL-7Rα) monoclonal antibody (mAb) reacts with CD127, which is the α subunit of the mouse IL-7 receptor. CD127 is expressed by immature B cells in the bone marrow, double-negative (CD4-/CD8-) and single-positive (CD4+ or CD8+) thymocytes; but not double-positive (CD4+/CD8+) thymocytes. Mature T-cells in the periphery also express CD127 at low levels. The rat anti-mouse CD127 (IL-7Rα) mAb has inhibited binding of IL-7 to its receptor and has been utilized in in vivo and in vitro studies of IL-7 in T and B cell development and activation.
