The CD1d (CD1.1, Ly-38), clone 1B1, R-PE conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes mouse CD1d. The conjugate, R-PE (phycoerythrin), is a stable and highly soluble phycobiliprotein which provides maximal absorbance and fluorescence without susceptibility to internal or external fluorescence quenching; thus, PE provides exceptional quantum yields, molar extinction coefficients, and greatly enhanced detectability.


CD1d (CD1.1, Ly-38)
The rat anti-mouse CD1d (CD1.1, Ly-38) monoclonal antibody (mAb) reacts with mouse CD1d, which is a glycoprotein related to MHC class I molecules. On mouse leukocytes, the mAb detects CD1d at varying levels and also detects β2-m associated CD1d.
