The CD150 (SLAM), clone 9D1, fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is a rat monoclonal antibody (mAb) that reacts with mouse CD150, also known as Signaling Lymphocyte Activation Molecule (SLAM). The commonly used fluorescein (FITC) conjugate provides relatively high absorptivity, excellent fluorescence quantum yield, and good water solubility.

CD150 (SLAM)
The rat anti-mouse CD150 (SLAM) monoclonal antibody (mAb) reacts with mouse CD150, which is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is expressed by immature thymocytes, dendritic cells, T cells, and B cells. In activated T cells, CD150 expression is upregulated and signaling through CD150 induces proliferation and augmentation of the interferon-gamma response in T cells. It may also play a role in adhesion between T-cells and antigen-presenting cells.
