The I-A^b (clone 25-9-3) R-PE (phycoerythrin) is a monoclonal mouse antibody that reacts specifically with the I-A^b haplotype of MHC Class II molecules. R-PE is a stable and highly soluble phycobiliprotein that provides maximal absorbance and fluorescence without susceptibility to internal or external fluorescence quenching, thereby providing exceptional quantum yields and molar extinction coefficients. The use of PE in antibody conjugates provides probes with greatly enhanced detectability.

I-A^b
The monoclonal antibody 25-9-3 reacts specifically with the I-A^b haplotype of MHC Class II molecules. Class II antigens are predominantly expressed on antigen-presenting cells including B lymphocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells and certain epithelial cells.
