The I-A^b (clone 25-9-3) fluorescein (FITC) is a monoclonal mouse antibody that reacts specifically with the I-A^b haplotype of MHC Class II molecules. Commonly used, fluorescein conjugates provide relatively high absorptivity, excellent fluorescence quantum yield, and good water solubility.

The monoclonal antibody 25-9-3 reacts specifically with the I-A^b haplotype of MHC Class II molecules. Class II antigens are predominantly expressed on antigen-presenting cells, including B lymphocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and certain epithelial cells.
