The KnockOut™ CTS™ XenoFree ESC/iPSC Kit can be used for hESC cryopreservation, hESC and induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) derivation, and routine culture maintenance. When combined, the components of this kit create a fully defined serum-free, xeno-free environment that can be used for long-term passaging of stem cell lines. This complete media supports multiple passages of human ESC lines such as BG01v and H9 under feeder-free conditions while retaining Oct 4 expression.
