The Amplex Red Cholesterol Assay Kit provides a sensitive and simple fluorometric method for detecting as little as 200 nM (or 80 ng/mL) of cholesterol in a 100 µL volume. The assay can also accurately measure the cholesterol content of 0.01 µL of human serum.
