Alexa Fluor® 594 Signal-Amplification Kit for Mouse Antibodies sensitively detects mouse primary antibodies. The kit contains an Alexa Fluor 594 rabbit anti—mouse IgG antibody conjugate, which is used to initially detect a mouse-derived primary antibody. It also contains an Alexa Fluor 594 goat anti—rabbit IgG antibody conjugate, which is used to dramatically amplify the fluorescence signal. Both conjugates have intense red fluorescence with excitation/emission of ~590/617 nm, making them compatible with filters and settings appropriate for Texas Red dye. The kit contains a detailed protocol and a sufficient amount of each reagent to stain 150—300 samples of adherent cells grown on coverslips. The kit also contains a protocol for use with flow cytometry.
