Alexa Fluor® 546 Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) is labeled with our bright, photostable, orange-fluorescent Alexa Fluor 546 dye, which is spectrally similar to Cy3 dye. It is prepared from affinity-purified antibodies that react with IgG heavy chains and all classes of immunoglobulin light chains from mouse. To minimize cross-reactivity, it has been adsorbed against human serum prior to conjugation.
