To dramatically enhance the fluorescence and photostability of virtually any fluorescein-containing probe, try our Alexa Fluor® 488 Signal-Amplification Kit, which contains Alexa Fluor 488 rabbit anti—fluorescein and Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti—rabbit IgG conjugates. This kit takes advantage of the intense, photostable fluorescence of Alexa Fluor 488 antibody conjugates and can be used to amplify the signals from fluoresceinated probes. The kit contains a detailed protocol and sufficient reagents for ~60 assays by flow cytometry or imaging. For added convenience, the kit is designed for use with filters and settings appropriate for fluorescein.
