TC-FlAsH™ Expression Analysis Detection Kit - Orange is a fluorescent in-gel detection of TC-tagged and total proteins. These detection kits are built on the TC-FlAsH expression tag technology, which utilize a small 6 amino acid TC-Tag and the FlAsH reagent for fast, easy, and specific detection of tagged proteins in gels.

Once host cells are transformed with the TC-tagged expression construct, the crude or purified lysate is incubated with the loading buffer and run on conventional gels.

A UV light box or laser scanner can be used to detect the TC tagged protein at 530 nm and the total protein stain plus benchmark reference ladder at 620 nm.
