This kit utilizes diaminobenzidine (DAB), an alcohol insoluble chromogen, which generates an intense brown precipitate and is approximately two times more sensitive than AEC. The kit contains two components: the DAB Chromogen and DAB Substrate Buffer. All components are in liquid form. This new 2-Solution DAB product has improved stability, ease of formulation, and greater sensitivity than previous DAB products.
