This CISH detection kit will detect digoxigenin (DIG)-labeled probes. It can be used only for CISH. Since the kit uses a polymerized HRP⁄DAB detection system to localize DIG labeled probes, the signal of CISH staining is up to 50% stronger than the previous CISH Detection Kit (Cat No. 84-9243). The kit is optimized for SPOT-Light probes to detect gene amplification and gene deletion.
