This purified recombinant mouse monoclonal antibodyrecognizes human lymphokine-activated killer T-cell-originated protein kinase (TOPK).

TOPK, also known as PDZ binding kinase (PBK), belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. It is a serine/threonine kinase that is phosphorylated during mitosis and may include p38 MAPK among its targets. TOPK is expressed in the testis in the outer cell layer of seminiferous tubules, and in placenta. It is believed to play a role in the activation of lymphoid cells.
