This purified recombinant mouse monoclonal antibodyrecognizes human SWI/SNF related, matrix associated, actin dependent regulator of chromatin, subfamily a, member 4(SMARCA4).

SMARCA4 is a transcriptional coactivator, also known as BRG1. It is a member of the SWI/SNF family that mediates ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling processes. It colocalizes with ZEB1 in E-cadherin-negative cells from established lines, and stroma of normal colon as well as in de-differentiated epithelial cells at the invasion front of colorectal carcinomas. In humans, the gene is located on the p arm of chromosome 19.
