This purified recombinant mouse monoclonal antibodyrecognizes human bromodomain adjacent to zinc finger domain 2B (BAZ2B).

BAZ2B belongs to the WAL family of proteins. It is believed to play a role in transcriptional regulation interacting with ISWI. It is expressed at varying levels in several tissues; smaller transcripts are expressed specifically in testis. Five isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
