Invitrogen's oligoclonal antibodies are a pool of monoclonal rabbit IgG antibodies targeted against a specific antigen. Oligoclonal antibodies are produced by transfection of mammalian cells with heavy and light chain antibody cDNAs. This provides you with the highest consistency between lots, eliminating the need to revalidate your assays for each lot.

Nucleostemin, also known as GNL3 (Guanine Nucleotide-binding-protein-Like 3), is a stem cell marker found in the nucleoli of embryonic stem cells, CNS stem cells, primitive cells in bone marrow, and cancer cells. It is known to interact with the tumor suppressor protein p53. Nucleostemin plays a crucial role in controlling the cell proliferation rate and apoptosis level in embryonic stem (ES) cells and ES cells-derived neural stem/progenitor cells.
