Cluster of Differentiation 200 receptor 1 (CD200R1), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as an immunogen, or as a protein standard.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Pro 238) of mouse CD200R1 (NP_067300.1) fused to a C-terminal polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Activity: Measured by its ability to bind mouse CD200 in a functional ELISA. Immobilized mouse CD200-His at 0.2 µg/well can bind mouse CD200R1-His with a linear range of 0.8-4.0 µg/ml.

Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween-80.

Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 25 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.
