Toll-Like Receptor 3 (TLR3), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a frozen protein. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the soluble form of mouse TLR3 (NP_569054.2) extracellular domain (Cys 29-Leu 705)fused to a signal peptide at the N-terminus and a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Activity: The activity of this protein has not been tested.

Formulation: 50 mM Tris, 100 mM NaCl, 0.5 mM PMSF, 10% Glycerol, pH 8.5, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween80.

Reconstitution: No reconstitution needed. Store at -80°C. Thaw protein on ice before use and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.
