Interleukin 13 receptor, alpha 2 (IL13RA2), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as a protein standard.
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Lys 334) of mouse IL13RA2 (NP_032382.1) fused to the polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA . Immobilized human IL13 at 20 µg/ml(100 µl/well) can bind mouse IL13RA2 with a linear range of 0.5-2 µg/ml.
Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80.
Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.
This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
