Colony stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R/MCSFR), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

Since this product is a truncated protein and does not contain intracellular catalytic activity domain, it is not suitable for use in enzyme activity studies..

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Ser 511) of mouse CSF1R (NP_001032948.2) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Activity: Measured by its ability to bind recombinant mouse IL34 in a functional ELISA. Immobilized mouse CSF1R-His at 10 µg/mL (100 µl/well) can bind biotinylated human CSF1-His. The ED50 of biotinylated human CSF1-His is 0.50 µg/mL.

Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween-80.

Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.

This protein is manufactured by SINO Biological.
