The OpenArray® Real-Time PCR Instrument and OpenArray® AccuFill™ System combination enables the processing of hundreds to thousands of samples per day enabling mid-density, high-throughput results with ease of use.

Hundreds of Samples and Assays
The OpenArray® Real-Time PCR System provides PCR-based genotyping and gene expression analysis of hundreds to thousands of samples and assays per day. Researchers can analyze up to 144 samples on a single OpenArray® Plate. Three OpenArray® Plates can be cycled and imaged simultaneously on the OpenArray® Real-Time PCR Instrument, providing high-throughput results with ease. The system workflow thermal cycles and fluorescently images the OpenArray® Plates. Results are captured on the external PC, and the OpenArray® Analysis Software enables researchers to view specific assay data.

Well-equipped Cycler
The OpenArray® Real-Time PCR Instrument uses three filtered high-brightness LEDs to excite, and a cooled CCD camera to detect fluorescence emission from dyes. The excitation and emission wavelengths support TaqMan® FAM™ dye detection and SYBR® Green I, ROX™, FAM™ and VIC® dye detection, making it an ideal platform for running all TaqMan® and SYBR® Green Assays. The OpenArray® Real-Time PCR Instrument includes an integrated thermal block for cycling.

OpenArray® Real-Time PCR Analysis Software
OpenArray® Real-Time PCR Analysis Software allows you to acquire, analyze and manage data quickly and easily. It presents tabular data and amplification and melt curves for review, while allowing you to adjust analysis parameters. Data from many OpenArray® Plates may be combined into the same data project. You can easily modify data with a few mouse clicks to calculate Ct and Tm as well as ΔCt and ΔΔCt measurements. Data can be plotted in a numerical or graphical way, and can be exported into a comma-separated values file (.csv format) for further analysis in many third party analysis packages.

OpenArray® Genotyping Analysis Software
OpenArray® Genotyping Analysis Software presents tabular data and automatically-called genotypes for review, while allowing you to adjust analysis parameters. Data from many OpenArray® Plates may be combined into the same data project; thousands of data points run at different times can be analyzed on a single scatter plot. You can easily modify calls per assay with a few mouse clicks. Data can be plotted in a numerical or graphical way, and can be exported into a comma separated values file (.csv) for further analysis. Data management and analysis is enabled by TaqMan® Genotyper Software, a free SNP genotyping analysis tool that provides a state-of-the-art genotype calling algorithm, an intuitive user interface, enhanced Study-based analysis features, and enables high call rates and accuracy.
