This SYBR® Green PCR Core Reagent set includes everything you need for SYBR® Green dye–based PCR amplification and detection. Life Technologies' SYBR® Green PCR Core Reagents contain AmpliTaq Gold® DNA Polymerase, AmpErase® UNG, dNTP mix with dUTP, 10X SYBR® Green I PCR buffer, and 25 mM MgCl₂. Reagents provided are sufficient to perform 200 PCR reactions of 50 µL each.

The hot-start enzyme AmpliTaq Gold® DNA Polymerase minimizes nonspecific product formation (including primer-dimers), yielding superior performance and sensitivity. SYBR Green® I dye is ideal for target identification (screening assays) or when a limited number of assays is needed.
