This monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD15 found on mature granulocytes and on Hodgkin's and Reed-Sternberg cells. The antigen is also present in many carcinomas. CD15 antigen is an epitope involving the carbohydrate sequence 3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine (also termed X hapten). Positive tissue: Spleen.

Clone/PAD: My1

Immunogen: Human Neutrophils

Specificity: CD15

Reactivity: Human

Applications: Immunohistochemistry (FFPE)

Pretreatment: Epitope Retrieval: Not required. Enzyme Digestion: Not Required. Enzyme Digestion (Digest-All™ 1/Ficin) may enhance staining.

Expected Staining Pattern: Cytoplasm and cytoplasmic membrane
