Positive isolation of pure and viable CD45RA+ cells directly from whole blood⁄buffy coat or PBMC using Dynabeads® FlowComp™ technology. To obtain hightly pure naive CD4 cells (CD4+CD45RA+) or naive CD8 cells (CD8+CD45RA+) combine the kit with our positive or negative isolation kits for CD4 or CD8 prior to isolation (see manual for details). Dynabeads® FlowComp™ Human CD45RA kit can also be used for depletion of CD45RA+ cells from any sample. Avoid possible artifacts by removing the cells from the beads after positive isolation and use the cells for any downstream application. Excellent purity of 97-99% can be achieved from all starting samples.
