Dynal^® CD4⁺CD25⁺ Treg Kit -"DISCONTINUED"

Positively isolate a high purity and yield of human regulatory CD4⁺CD25⁺ T cells from MNC. The kit design is flexible so you can choose whether or not to deplete CD45RA⁺ T cells. Regulatory activity is enriched in the CD25⁺CD45RO⁺ T cell fraction. The isolation procedure includes these three steps:

1. Negatively isolate untouched CD4⁺ T cells (option to deplete CD45RA).

2. Positively isolate CD25⁺ T cells from untouched CD4⁺ T cell subset.

3. Detach isolated CD4⁺CD25⁺ regulatory T cells from the beads with DETACHaBEAD®

Applications:

• Positively isolate CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells that are bead and antibody-free
