Use this kit with any biotinylated antibody for use in cell isolation or depletion. It will bind all biotinylated antibodies (or other biotinylated ligands), thus isolation of any cells from any species (i.e. human, mouse, rat, non-human primates, cell lines) directly from any sample, including whole blood, bone marrow, cord blood, MNC or tissue digests can be performed with this product.

• Isolates or depletes any cell type from any sample from any species
• Use your own biotinylated antibody mix to deplete unwanted labeled cells and obtain untouched, bead and antibody-free cells.

Note: For cellular assays we recommend positive isolation followed by release of beads from the cells. Recommended product for bead-free cells: Dynal® CELLection™ Biotin Binder (Cat. no 115-33D) in combination with your biotinylated antibody.
