Interleukin 10 receptor, beta (IL10RB), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. In general, recombinant proteins are suitable for use in studying protein-protein interactions, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Ser 220) of human IL10RB (NP_000619.3)fused to the polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.

Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA . Immobilized human IL28B at 20 µg/ml(100 µl/well) can bind human IL10RB-Fc with a linear range of 3.125-25 µg/ml.

Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80.

Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.
