E-Gel® 1 Kb Plus DNA ladder is our most popular E-Gel® DNA ladder used to estimate molecular mass of double stranded DNA bands from PCR, restriction digests and other molecular biology protocols. Unlike some other DNA ladders, 1 Kb Plus DNA ladder has been specially designed to have bands of round, easy to remember sizes. The logical band lay out, and quick identification doublet, allow you to quickly and easily estimate the size of your band of interest at a glance. Ready to use formulation for E-Gel® and E-Gel® EX gels
E-Gel® 1 Kb Plus DNA ladder is compatible with all E-Gel® products, and is specifically formulated to be compatible with salt sensitive E-Gel® EX gels. The ladder is provided premixed with loading and tracking buffer that also provides room temperature stability for easy storage. You’ll receive 500ul of E-Gel® 1 Kb Plus DNA ladder, which is enough for 100 loads.
