Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 21 (TNFRSF21), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Leu 350)of human DR6 (NP_055267.1) precursor fused to Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.

Activity:
1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.
2. Immobilized recombinant human DR6-Fc (Cat:10175-H02H) at 10 µg/ml (100 µl/well) can bind biotinylated human APP-Fc (Cat:10703-H02H) with a linear range of 0.03-0.25 µg/ml.

Formulation: Lyophilized in 50 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, 10 mM NaCl, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80.

Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
