This product is prepared by covalently coupling highly purified Staph. aureus Cowan strain Protein A produced in E. Coli to Sepharose® 4B.

This product is supplied as a 50% suspension consisting of 25ml recombinant Protein A-Sepharose® 4B and 25 ml of PBS (10 mM phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% Proclin as a preservative).
