TNFSF8 tumor necrosis factor (ligand) superfamily member 8 (TNFSF8/CD30L), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as a protein standard.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Gln 63-Asp 234) of human TNFSF8 (NP_001235.1) fused to the Fc region of human IgG1 at the N-terminus.

Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA . Immobilized recombinant human TNFSF8 at 20 µg/ml(100 µl/well) can bind biotinylated human CD30 with a linear range of 0.31-20 ng/ml.

Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80.

Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.
