Cluster of Differentiation 27 (CD27), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as a protein standard.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Ile 192) of human CD27 (NP_001233.1) fused to the polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the carboxy-terminus.

Activity: Measured by its ability to bind to recombinant human CD70 . Immobilized recombinant human CD27 at 2 µg/ml(100 µl/well) can bind biotinylated human CD70 with a linear range of 0.39-12.5 ng/ml.

Formulation: Lyophilized in 100 mM Glycine, 10 mM NaCl, 50 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80.

Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.
