This purified Mouse Anti-CD34 Monoclonal Antibody reacts with the human CD34 antigen. Clone BI-3C5 was developed against KG1 human acute myelogenous cells and it reacts with hematopoietic precursor cells and endothelial cells. Mouse Anti-CD34 Monoclonal Antibody does not react with normal peripheral lymphocytes, granulocytes, monocytes, erythrocytes, or platelets. Mouse CD34 monoclonal antibody can be used in applications such as Western blotting, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence.
